Vestlandskonferansen 2025: Our CEO Olav Skogen joined a panel discussion at Grieghallen

Vestlandskonferansen 2025 is one of the most important conferences in the west of Norway. Birdsview’s CEO, Olav Skogen, appeared at the iconic Grieghallen for a conversation about leadership, Generation Z, and how to lead towards a common goal, together with Madelen Kloster and Sara Hamre Sekkingstad, hosted by Carina Olset Hovda.
The conference theme was “ALARM! How to get big things done, and it starts with YOU!”
Olav reflected on his journey from being a top-level alpine skier to a startup founder. “I found the same mindset in the startup world: challenging and pushing myself to see what I can achieve,” he said. “We need more examples of people that create companies that dare to take risks and achieve great success.”
